Alongside showing scarce “Mail route to destination blockadedm return to sender” cachet. In Apr 1946, Harbin was controlled by the communist party. One of a few examples of this rare cachet. 1946.8.26 英國寄哈爾濱，退回寄件人，貼佐治六世1便士橫三連，銷Southend-On-Sea機戳，旁鈐“Mail route to destination blockadedm return to sender”退回指示戳。在1946年4月，中共已控制哈爾濱。該退回指示戳僅見數例存世。
