1945 Swatow (14 Sep) to Hingning. Chinese style cover, f.w. Swatow surcharge "Temporarily Sold" $400 on Martyrs 1c (Chan JK58), tied by Swatow bilingual cds. Since the victory of WWII, the puppet regime collapsed and the banknotes of Central Reserve Bank became invalid. However, the PO in Swatow was short of postage stamp and therefore issued surcharge stamps in unit of Central Reserve Bank banknotes. Ex- Meiso Mizuhara.1945.9.14 汕頭寄興寧。中式封，貼汕頭加蓋暫售400元蓋烈士1分（陳目JK58），銷汕頭三格點線日戳。抗戰勝利後，偽政權不復存在，中儲券亦被作廢。但汕頭郵局郵票短缺，只好於1945年8月22日發行了不倫不類的中儲券面值加蓋票，貼用例子稀罕難得。2019.7 布約翰“福井和雄先生收藏日佔中國郵票及郵政史專場”，拍品號7075。水原明窗舊藏。
