Arrived Vladivostok (15 Dec). T&S recorded only one loose stamp example from Anda Russian PO which made it the only way to acquie an item from Anda.1909.12.13 安達寄海參崴一艘巡洋艦上的軍官。圖片明信片，抬頭寫有地點安達，貼軍徽圖3戈比，銷中東鐵路261線T&S 2型橢圓日戳。T&S記錄安達俄局之存世例子僅有一枚舊票，故此為入手安達寄出郵品之唯一途徑。
