Arrived French military PO (Tresor et Postes aux Armees) No. 3 (30 Nov). Located at Yangtsoun, No. 3 is the rarest cds among French military PO as this PO only operated between Oct and Dec 1900. Only a few covers known to exist. 1900.10.7 德國寄大沽對華遠征軍，改寄楊村，貼日耳曼尼亞5芬尼橫五連，銷Dusseldorf日戳。11.28經天津德局。11.30抵法軍3局。3局為法軍郵局中最為稀罕者，位於楊村，僅於1900年10月至12月營業。存世信封寥寥可數。

On reverse with also rare "Place de Tien-Tsin" circular seal in blue. Arrived Paris (19 Dec). Located at Yangtsun, No. 3 is the rarest one among the French FPO. Its examples were only seen between Oct and Dec 1900. The "Place de Tien-Tsin" mark further elevates the piece.1900.11.4 對華遠征軍封自楊村寄法國，鈐少見之法軍3局日戳。背蓋同樣難得之“Place de Tientsin”藍色圓戳。12.19抵巴黎。法軍3局位於楊村，乃法軍軍郵局中最稀罕者。“Place de Tientsin”圓戳更是錦上添花。
