1856 Bombay (1 Nov) to Augustine Head Co., Canton. Entire letter, rated “4” and sent “per Steamer Norma”, f.w. scarce Indian QV 4a octagonal 4a, tied by diamond obliterator, alongside with Bombay BPP Paid h.s. Transit Hong Kong (1 Dec). The steamer was not recorded by Scamp. Before the outbreak of the 2nd Opium War, most foreign residents left. A very late example of incoming mail.1856.11.1 孟買寄廣州瓊記洋行。郵簡，寫有“4”及“per Steamer Norma”批示，貼有珍罕之印度維多利亞女皇像4安娜八角形票，銷鑽石殺手戳，旁鈐孟買郵資已付戳。12.1經香港。Norma號未見Scamp之記錄。在第二次鴉片戰爭前夕，大多外國人已離開。故此為甚晚之進口封例。

On reverse with another type of FPO No. 4 cds. 1901.4.20 寄塘沽皇家工兵團封，貼印度維多利亞女皇像加蓋“C.E.F.”3派雙連，銷英軍第4局日戳。加貼蟠龍改值B.R.A. 5分，銷“RAILWAY POST OFFICE / TIENTSIN”紫色圓戳。背面鈐另一樣式之英軍4局日戳。
