Fortune Wang recorded the latest usage of T5 cds was at Homei, dated 13 Oct. This example, although the cds is faint, certainly also a late usage, if not even later given the arrival cds, not to mention that example from this small town is already scarce.1949.10 和美寄台北。中式封，貼國內平信單位票加蓋限台灣貼用（陳目TP89），銷和美T5型日戳。10.16抵台北。王豐銓記錄T5型日戳之最晚記錄為10月13日，同樣出自美和。此例雖然戳不清，但按到達戳可推斷同樣極晚甚至更晚，更遑論出自小地名美和本已少見難得。
