Kuang Hsu Year 1 (1875) "Hoves" cover from Kiachta Commissioner to Urga Amban, applied with red seal. The corners featuring drawings of hooves. Hoof cover got its name from the drwaing of hooves at the four corners which denotes express delivery by horse. Hoof cover has a higher level of emergency than ordinary mails but lower than Bird Covers. However, the rarity is equally impeccable.光緒元年（1875）蒙古“馬上飛遞封”，由恰克圖辦理買賣寄庫倫大臣，鈐紅色官印。“馬上飛遞封”因四角畫有馬蹄而得名，以表明為需以馬匹送遞之急件。其緊急程度高於一般郵件，但低於“飛鳥封”。但稀罕程度與“飛鳥封”相比不遑多讓。
