With F Z Chun name seal on reverse. Captain Binns was a famous stamp collector.約1890年代經鎮江書信館寄Binns船長封，貼鎮江書信館石印欠資票無齒半分雙連（陳目LCHD33a），銷鎮江漢英黑色圓戳。背面帶陳復祥名字章。Binns船長為著名之集郵者。
