1905 Swatow (27 Dec) to Germany. CIP 2nd print PSC, front portion of double card, uprated by 1c + 2c, tied by Swatow bisected bilingual cds. In combination with Hong Kong KEVII 2c, tied by Swatow type 4 IPO tie-print and Hong Kong (28 Dec) cds. Arrived Hamburg (28 Jan). IPO tie-print on KEVII issues are not common as the latest usage of IPO tie-print was Jan 1906. Webb stated that KEVII issues were only found with Swatow type 4 and a manuscript IPO (which is uncertain to be genuine). Hence, a scarce example.1905.12.27 汕頭寄德國。大清第二版郵資片之正片，加貼1分 + 2分，銷汕頭半切漢英日戳。加貼香港愛德華一世2仙，銷汕頭4型IPO騎縫戳及香港2.28日戳。1.28抵漢堡。由於IPO騎縫戳的最後使用記錄為1906年1月，故蓋於愛德華七世票上十分少見。Webb記錄道，愛德華七世票僅見於汕頭4型騎縫戳及一款未知真偽之手寫IPO字樣上。此例稀罕難得。
