1895 Anping (13 Jul) to Isle of Wight, England, applied with scarce Anping BPO Webb type A cds (with wrong month “JU” instead of “JY”), matching with manuscript “Anping / 13.7.95” at bottom left corner. F.w. Hong Kong QV 5c in pair upon transit and tied by Hong Kong (16 Jul). Arrived Sandown (19 Aug). The only example of Anping BPO cds on Hong Kong adhesive as well as one of the two covers bearing Anping BPO cds recorded by Webb (another cover dated 29 Jul 1889 from Anping to England.
