Alongside with Seoul cds in French (30 Mar), as this cover was probably offered to foreigners afterward. Latest official cover before Seoul PO taken over by the Japanese (18 May). With original exhibit page.1905.5.11 公文封自瑞士地方政府寄通信院總辦，無貼票，鈐瑞山始發日戳。5.15抵漢城。旁鈐3.30首爾法文日戳，可能是給予外國人。此為最晚之大韓郵局公文封。首爾郵局於三天後（5月18日）被日本人接管。水原明窗《朝鮮近代郵便史》第152頁原件。附原展頁。
