Transit IJPO Kyungsung (10 Jul). Arrived Tokyo (18 Jul). Cover opened out for display. One of the few registered covers to Japan. Ex- Kim Yo Chi (2012). With Philatelic Federation of Japan certificate. The 2nd period of the Japan-Korea rate was 1 Oct 1901 and 30 Jun 1905.1902.7.9 首爾寄日本。掛號封，貼梅花15錢 + 3錢，合日韓特殊郵資第二時期之雙倍重量掛號郵資18錢，銷首爾法文日戳，旁鈐掛號章。7.10經京城日本客郵局。7.18抵東京。為數件日韓特殊郵資之掛號封之一。Kim Yo Chi舊藏（2012）。日韓特殊郵資第二時期為1901年10月1日至1905年6月30日。封剖開以作展示。附全日本郵趣連合證書。

1901 (24 May) Imperial Korean Post 1c stationery card in blue from Chemulpo to Yokohama, tied by Chemulpo cds in French. Arrived Yokohama (30 May). On 1 Apr 1899, Japanese post raised postcard rate to 1-1/2s while Korean Post rate was 1ch. As the mails between Japan and Korea were applied with domestic rate due to the postal convention, using Korean postcards was 50% cheaper.1901.5.24 大韓帝國藍色1錢郵資片，自濟物浦寄橫濱，銷濟物浦法文日戳。5.30抵橫濱。1899年4月1日，日本郵政上調明信片郵資至1錢五厘，但韓國為5錢。由於往來日韓之郵件採用國內郵資，故使用韓國郵資片便宜一半。
