Arrived St Petersburg (15 Dec). An Japanese branch office in Jinsen (Incheon) was founded on 11 Jul 1888 and was later to be full post office on 20 Mar 1901. Scarce early registration usage.1896.11.13 漢城寄俄國。掛號封，貼日本票10錢 + 20錢，銷漢城日本客郵局日戳，旁貼仁川掛號標籤。11.21經橫濱，隨後經倫敦。12.15抵聖彼得堡。日本於1888年7月11日於仁川設置分局，並於1901年3月20日升格為郵局。稀罕之早期掛號例子。
