Arrived USA (13 Mar) with "Received in bad condition" cachet. Returned to sender with "RETOUR", "INCONNU" and "REBUTS" cachet. Arrived Peking Dead Letter Office (20 Jun). Cover opened to look for information of sender and resealed with 6th print officially resealed label and "RECEIVED IN BROKEN CONDITION & OFFICIALLY SEALED AT PEKING" cachet. Attempted to Fenchow on 24 Jun but returned to Peking again on 27 Jun. Rather interesting and unusual destination.1914.9.28 漢口寄敘利亞。一戰檢查掛號封，背貼香港佐治五世2仙六方連 + 4仙雙連，銷漢口英局Webb Kiii型（C字）日戳。正鈐R2型“HANKOW B.P.O.”長方形掛號章。檢查並重封。鈐“UNDELIVERABLE”及“RETURN”指示戳。寄敘利亞較少見，有趣。
