The privilege remained even after the takeover of Korean Postal Service by Japanese. Examples are scarce, not to mention registration usage.1902.6.7 殷山寄英國。掛號封封面，貼梅花20錢，銷殷山法文日戳，旁鈐殷山紅色掛號章。7.31抵倫敦。殷山郵局於1901年7月1日成立，主要處理英國採礦公司之郵務。郵例向來稀罕，掛號更是難得。
