1936 Savannakhet to Chowan. Remittance red band cover, applied with Annam Qiaopiju vertical seal on reverse. F.w. French Indochina 15c, tied by Cholon (8 Jun) transit cds. Despite being part of French Indochina, Chinese immigrant population in Laos was even smalle than Vietnam and Cambodia. Qiaopi were mostly forwarded to Siam or Vietnam. Examples are very rare. 1936年素旺寄潮安。銀信紅條封，背鈐“安南玉合批局”直戳。貼法屬印支票15分，銷堤岸6.8中轉戳。老撾雖為法屬印支一部分，但華僑人口比越南及柬埔寨更少，故僑批大多在老撾收集後轉至暹羅或越南中轉。郵例更較稀罕少見。2008年版許茂春著《東南亞華人與僑批》第149頁2-107原件。
