1948 (Sep 3) Hong Kogn local registered cover, applied with scarce Webb type Gi “Postage Paid/ 2/ Hong Kong” cds. in red, along with Registered G.P.O. Hong Kong cds and registered label. It is the rarest type of postage paid cds. On 3 Sep 1948, a typhoon hit Hong Kong and the post office staff living in Kowloon were not able to access the office in Hong Kong Island. These postage paid cds were put in use during 11 am to 3.30 pm. Only a few examples of this cancellation exist. Extremely scarce. 1948.9.3 香港本埠掛號封，鈐少見之Webb Gi型“POSTAGE PAID / HONG KONG”2字日戳，旁見總局掛號日戳及掛號標籤。Webb指此為最稀罕的香港已付日戳。1948年9月3日颱風襲港，居住於九龍的郵局職員未能到港島郵局上班，此預付日戳僅於當天上午11時至下午3時半使用，故存世信封者極為稀罕。

C1 obliterator is rarer in blue than in black and only one cover is known (dated 13 Oct 1875, Ex- Ishikawa and Burghard, now in the collection of Hong Kong Museum of History) which made used stamps the only way to acquire this cancellation.香港維多利亞女皇像30仙舊票，銷C1藍色殺手戳。藍色之C1殺手戳較黑色少見，實寄封存世已知僅有一件（日期為1875年10月13日，石川良佐及Burghard舊藏，現為香港歷史博物館集藏），故舊票成為入手之唯一途徑。

F.w. Hong Kong QV 5c in pair upon transit and tied by Hong Kong (16 Jul). Arrived Sandown (19 Aug). The only example of Anping BPO cds on Hong Kong adhesive as well as one of the two covers bearing Anping BPO cds recorded by Webb (another cover dated 29 Jul 1889 from Anping to England. Ex- Burghard, Ishikawa). Illustration plate 35 in “The Philatelic and Postal History of Hong Kong and the Treaty Ports of China and Japan” by F.W.Webb. 1863 England to Shanghai,rediretced to Yokohama. Entire letter, f.w. QV 1sh x5 + 4d for quadruple rate via Marseilles by P&O packet, tied by "2" obliterator with London d.s. Transit Hong Kong (19 Jul). Arrived Shanghai BPO with scarce Webb type 5 locally made "SHANGHAE" cds without date and type A cds. It is the only recorded example of "undated" type 5 cds and the latest record of its type. Bottom right corner damaged but not affecting postmark.1863年英國寄上海，改寄橫濱。郵簡，貼維多利亞女皇像1先令X5 + 4便士，合鐵行輪船公司經馬賽郵路之四倍郵資，銷“2”殺手戳。7.19經香港。抵上海英局，鈐少見難得之本地製Webb 5型日戳（無日期）及A型日戳。此為未植日期之5型日戳存世弧例，同時為最晚之5型日戳記錄。封右下角有損但不影響郵戳。

Webb stated the usage of blue type A cds only lasted for several months in the middle 1865 and was not recorded on cover. 一組三件香港維多利亞女皇像單枚及雙連舊票，銷稀罕之上海英局A型藍色日戳。當中橫雙連為最早使用例子。 Webb指藍色A型日戳僅於1865年的數月內使用，少見難得，且未曾見於信封上。
