Despite the controverisal nature, Tibet official stamps are already an important part of Tibetan philately1945年西藏公文郵票2兩八枚全張。2兩為西藏公文郵票中最稀罕之面值，同時是尺寸最大的西藏郵票，全張十分難得。雖然公文郵票爭議不斷，但早已為西藏郵學一重要部分。
