In combination with ROC postage due 20c + 30c, tied by faint arrival cds. One of the 7 covers f.w. imperf menge surch stamp recorded by Hellgirl. However, Hellrigl stated that this cover should also have a 20m stamp and is the only known cover with mixed franking of imperforated and perforated surch menge stamp.
