Transit Customs Shanghai (May). In combination with Peace and Commercei issue 2x 25c, tied by Shanghai French PO (24 Mar) cds. Transit Paris (3 May) and “H & K Packet” (4 May). Roughly open affecting French stamps. Part of flap missing. One of the 16 Small Dragon covers dated 1886 recorded by Michael Ho. It is the earliest outgoing Small Dragon cover as well as the earliest combination cover of Small Dragon and French issues, Illustration fig 3-2, p. 107 in “The Small Dragon” by Michael M Y Ho. 1886.3.16 北京寄愛爾蘭，背貼小龍3分銀x2，合國內雙倍郵資，銷北京中文戳戳，旁有北京海關A型日戳。同月經上海海關。加貼和平及商貿神像25生丁雙連，銷上海法局3.24日戳。5.3經巴黎，5.4經英國輪船H&K Packet。拆封導致法國票有損，部分封舌缺失。此為何沐源記錄之16件1886年小龍封之一，同為最早之寄國外小龍封，以及最早之混貼法國票及小龍封。何沐源著《小龍郵票》第107頁圖3-2原件。

Transit Hong Kong (10 Dec), Customs Shanghai (14 Dec). Arrived Customs Peking (1 Jan) with cds in violet. On front showing “ToPay” cachet in red for domestic rate.1896.10.22 清國駐俄國領事館寄法國駐京公使館Berteaux，貼俄國軍徽圖10戈比，銷“9”殺手戳，另鈐聖彼得堡始發日戳。12.10經香港，12.14經上海海關，鈐“ToPay”指示戳以補國內郵資。1.1抵北京。

1863 England to Shanghai,rediretced to Yokohama. Entire letter, f.w. QV 1sh x5 + 4d for quadruple rate via Marseilles by P&O packet, tied by "2" obliterator with London d.s. Transit Hong Kong (19 Jul). Arrived Shanghai BPO with scarce Webb type 5 locally made "SHANGHAE" cds without date and type A cds. It is the only recorded example of "undated" type 5 cds and the latest record of its type. Bottom right corner damaged but not affecting postmark.1863年英國寄上海，改寄橫濱。郵簡，貼維多利亞女皇像1先令X5 + 4便士，合鐵行輪船公司經馬賽郵路之四倍郵資，銷“2”殺手戳。7.19經香港。抵上海英局，鈐少見難得之本地製Webb 5型日戳（無日期）及A型日戳。此為未植日期之5型日戳存世弧例，同時為最晚之5型日戳記錄。封右下角有損但不影響郵戳。
