1949 (12 Mar) a pair of Huipi (receipt of remittance) bulk mails from Swatow to Penang and Bangkok. Both f.w. parcel stamp surch Gold Yuan in large frankings. Former stating containing 6 letters and enjoying Huipi concessionary half rate and paying $8550. Latter containing 20 lettter but paying $33000 for normal international letter rate. Very interesting pair with same date and origin but paying different rate.1949.3.12 兩件回批總包，分別自汕頭寄檳城及曼谷，貼包裹票改值金圓票。前者申報內裝回批6件，享受回批特惠半費郵資，貼票合8550元。另一件申報內裝回批20件，貼付正常國外信函郵資，合33000元。兩件總包日期、始發地一致，郵資卻有所不同，極具參考價值的一對例子。
