Transit Shanghai Chinese PO and IJPO (7 Jul). The Sino-Japanese Postal Convention stipulated that the higher of domestic postage shall apply to mails to each other. Meyer was honorary Korean Consul in Hamburg, Germany 1886-1906. The Meyer company exists in Hamburg until today.1898.7.25 世昌洋行寄上海之印度新金山中國渣打銀行經理，貼日本版蟠龍2分+4分，銷仁川海關日戳。7.27經上海落地，鈐大圓戳。7.28到達上海工部郵局。世昌洋行創立於1866年，由漢堡商人Eduaro Meyer及其兄弟H. D. Johannes Meyer於香港成立。E.
