1895 Kewkiang (26 Apr) to the Manager of HSBC, Shanghai, frankless and applied with scarce Livingston type PF1 Kewkiang LPO PALD oval h.s. and framed registered mark. On reverse with Kewkiang LPO oval origin d.s. Bottom left with the name of Baron Gabriel de Gunzburg, famous stamp dealer. Livingston did not record any example of type PF1 and believed it was used before stamp issuance while Charles Dougan recorded a few, dated after the issuance of stamp, therefore it may be used to indicate official or free franking of the Munuicipal Council and Kewkiang LPO.1895.4.26 九江寄匯豐銀行上海分行，無貼票，鈐少見之Livingston PF1型九江書信館已付橢圓形戳記及長方形掛號章。背面鈐九江書信館橢圓始發日戳。左下方寫有郵商Baron Gabriel de Gunzburg名字。PF1型戳記十分少見，Livingston未見任何例子，並認為用於郵票發行前。而Charles Dougan則記錄數件例子，日期為郵票發行後，故他認為用於工部郵局及九江書信館之免資信件。
