Since 1927, Qiaopi from Philippines had to be franked with stamps. Postage due was imposed. Extremely scarce.1933年馬尼拉寄晉江。欠資僑批紅條封，貼民國欠資票1角+2角，銷5.9廈門波浪機戳。自1927年，菲律賓寄出之僑批均需貼票，故此封被判欠資。極罕。2008年版許茂春著《東南亞華人與僑批》第181頁3-50原件。
