Transit Shanghai Chinese PO and IJPO (7 Jul). The Sino-Japanese Postal Convention stipulated that the higher of domestic postage shall apply to mails to each other. Hence this 3c letter rate and 1½c post card special rate to Japan.1908.6.26 廣州寄日本，貼蟠龍1分 + 2分，合日本信函郵資3分，銷“廣州十七號”碑形戳及廣東廣州干支日戳。7.7經上海清郵及日本客郵局。中日郵政協定規定：中日互寄，不收國際資費，而按國内郵資較高者收取，據此，寄日本信函郵資3分、明信片1½分。
