Late usage of 1st issue seal label.1911.3.16 馬家溝寄德國。掛號封，貼蟠龍票7枚，銷直隸馬家溝腰框干支日戳，旁鈐掛號直戳。貼第一版重封封條，銷奉天3.18中轉戳。4.2抵德國。第一版封條之晚期使用例子。

Cover opened to look for addressee information and resealed with 5th print officially resealed label and "POSTAL COMMISSIONER / PEIPING" d.s. but in vain. Returned to USA.
