This red royal seal was introduced during the reign of King Bikram Shah. King Tribhubana was his son. 1941.4 一件鈐紅色皇家生肖圓章之文件，由特里布萬使用。帶有詳細內容及十四處政府要員之黑色蓋章。這件紅色皇家圓章於巴里斯威統治期間開始使用。特里布萬為其子。
