Transit Chungking. Sender was a Szechuan official while the
adderssee was an education official in Yunnan. Tien Soon Hsia, on
the other hand, was a sizable Min Chu with its headquarter in
Szechuan. Customs Post was not availbe to public by that time.

清代紅條封自上海經民信局寄雲南府,背鈐上海天順祥信局直戳。經重慶抵雲南府。寄件人陳錫鬯為四川官員,收件人為雲南省最高教育行政長官。天順祥信局由上海商人王熾創立,總號位於重慶。當時海關郵政未收寄公眾郵件。
