Transit Customs Tientsin (24 Jan), Customs Shanghai (7 Feb), In combination with Japanese 5s, tied by black cork obliterator, alongside with IJPA Shanghai (20 Feb) cds. Cover opened out for display. Highly unusual destination for Large Dragon cover. With RPSL certificate. Ex- Ryohei Ishikawa. In combination with US 5c, tied by Foochow IPO tie-print in black and USPA Shanghai duplex d.s. Transit San Francisco (14 Nov). Applied with US 20c due mark because of overweight. F.w. US postage due 5c in block of 4 on reverse. Very scacrce example of IPO on US instead of Hong Kong issues, not to mention a taxed example. 1902.10.9 福州寄美國，貼蟠龍1角，銷福州半切漢英日戳。10.19經上海清郵。加貼美國票5分，銷福州IPO騎縫戳及上海美國郵政代理雙聯日聯。11.14經三藩市。因超重而鈐美國20分欠資章，背貼美國欠資票5分四方連。IPO騎縫戳蓋於美國票而非港英票之極少見例子，欠資更是有趣。
