Very scacrce example of IPO on US instead of Hong Kong issues, not to mention a taxed example. 1902.10.9 福州寄美國，貼蟠龍1角，銷福州半切漢英日戳。10.19經上海清郵。加貼美國票5分，銷福州IPO騎縫戳及上海美國郵政代理雙聯日聯。11.14經三藩市。因超重而鈐美國20分欠資章，背貼美國欠資票5分四方連。IPO騎縫戳蓋於美國票而非港英票之極少見例子，欠資更是有趣。
