1889 and 1890 a pair of Taiwan Official Postage Stamp on cover
pieces, one to Anping with prefix “Chen”, one to Zhuqiancheng with
prefix “Hsin”. Both tied with Yizhan cancel. Former with Peter
Holcombe certificate.
1889及1890年兩件貼用公文用站票之實寄封剪片，一件寄安平，“真”字字軌。另一
件寄竹塹城，“忻”字字軌。均銷驛站戳記。前者附Peter Holcombe證書。
