Transit San Francisco (1 Jun). Arrived Jersey City (10 Jun). Very
rare franking of war charity stamp. Contrary to other Russian Post
in China, Kalgan PO was placed on the same footing as Mongolia and
stocked with unovpt. Russian stamps until 1917 when surch Chinese
currency stamps were supplied. 2012 (Apr) David Feldmand, lot
