Obviously philatelic and probably prepared during the last few days of the office's existence under Russian control. Similar cover of the same correspondence is seen in Dr. Casey's collection.

1921.1.23 窑門寄哈爾濱，背貼軍徽圖改值20分雙連，銷窑門俄局T&S 2型日戳。顯然為集郵封，應是該局結束運營前數天製作。Casey集藏中亦見相似信封。
