1903 (30 Jul) picture postcard from Manchouli Station to French military observer Le Baron Corvisart in French Legation in Tokyo, f.w. Coat of Arms 4k, tied by very scarce Manchouli Station T&S type 1 cds. Arrived Tokyo (27 Aug). Attached with a slip stating the addressee. T&S did not record any surviving example of Manchouli Station type 1 cds, addressing to foreign observer is even more special.

1903.7.30 圖片明信片自滿洲里車站寄東京之法軍觀察員Le Baron Corvisart，貼軍徽圖4戈比，銷極罕之滿洲里車站T&S 1型日戳。8.27抵東京。貼有一張印有寫有收件人之便條。滿洲里車站1型日戳本已極罕，寄外國觀察員更是難得。
