Kuang Hsu Year 29 (1903) Ministry of War internal memo regarding dispatch of mail to Viceroy of Szechuan, regarding submission to the emperor of ethnic officials kacking efforts in suppressing bandits. The ethnic officials in Szechuan were Tibetans and Lolos.

光緒二十九年（1903）兵部武選清吏司致司務廳付片，為匯奏土官承緝不力各案事，馬遞四川總督公文。
