1940 a group of 3 SYS 2nd print 2c, 4c and 30c PSC (Han 49-51). 2c and 4c commercially used from Shanghai to Hankow and USA respectively. 30c card uprated with SYS 30c stamp but uncancelled. 30c card is especially scarce. x2 + 1
