1920s a pair of Junk 4th print 1-1/2c and 6c single PSC (Han 22, 24), sending to Japan and USA respectively. No additional franking was required for 1-1/2c card given the concessionary rate to Japan. Sending to USA is also rather unusual for 6c card.
