Kuang Hsu / Guangxu Year 29 (1903) The original submission to the emperor is kept by the Imperial Court. The sender of the submission also kept an official draft copy in his file, known as Zoudi. This 1903 Zoudi by the Viceroy of Kiangnan-Kiangsi dealt with expenditure of Nanking Dynamite Works.
