1949 Canton (23 Nov) to USA, f.w. Central China Area Five Pointed Star $1000 in pair, tied by Canton bilingual cds. Despite using airmail cover, Canton was liberated on 14 Oct and airmail service was suspended since then, therefore $1500 was probably registered letter rate but no registration number or marking was seen.

1949.11.23 廣州寄美國，貼華中區五角星1000元雙連，銷廣州三格漢英日戳。雖使用航空封，但自廣州於10月14日解放後空郵服務便暫停。故此應為單掛號郵資，但未見掛號號碼或戳記。
