ca 1943 Bangkok Qiaopiju remittance cover front only, to Tenghai, f.w. 15stg, tied by faint Bangkok cds, alongside with scarce “Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Section for Oversea Chinese” circular seal. The Japanes occupation governmeent set up “Section for Oversea Chinese” to manage Qiaopi. Incoming Qiaopi must be censored by this authority.
