In combination with Junk 1c x2 + 4c x2 + postage due 10c in gutter pair, tied by Harbin (May) and Peiping (4 Jun) cds respectively. Cover opened out for display. Ex- Gooch. Hellrigl estimtated that about 60-80 covers with surch 25m/40m stamp exist. Levied with Chinese postage due twice is also peculiar.

1931.5.12 烏蘭巴托寄北京，背貼蒙古票改值25m蓋40m，銷烏蘭巴托日戳。加貼帆船1分x2 + 4分x2 + 民國欠資票1角過橋雙連，分別銷哈爾濱5月日戳及北京6.4到達戳。封剖開以作展示。Gooch舊藏。Hellrigl估計，貼25m蓋40m票之信封存世約60至80件。兩次補貼中國票更是奇特少見。
