1929 Altanbulak (13 Mar) to Harbin, f.w. Mongolian 4th issue 25m on reverse, tied by Altanbulak cds. Alongside with extremely scarce Altanbulak sqaure censor mark in red. Arrived Harbin (20 Apr). Cover reduced and opened out but not affecting the postmark.
