1942 Pharijong (3 Nov) to Nepal, f.w. Indian KGVI 1a3p + 3p on reverse, tied by Pharijong BPO cds. Censored and resealed with Devanagari label. Steve Chazen and Danny Wong recorded that the location of conducing censorship was Gangtok by that time. Postal censorship lasted until Jun 1943.
