1956 East Germany (28 Jan) to stamp dealer Mr. Pratek Tuladhar, Lhasa, f.w. East German issue x7, along with registered label. Affixed with ROC 10th print reseal label, tied by TIbet Lhasa cds (12 Aug). Despite philatelic, affixed with ROC reseal label is very unusual.

1956.1.28 東德寄拉薩郵商Pratek Tuladhar，貼東德票7枚，旁見掛號標籤。貼中華郵政第十版代封票，鈐8.12西薩拉薩日戳。雖為集郵封，但貼用民國代封票仍十分少見難得。
