1915 (16 Apr) Telegram from the Chinese Amban Lu Hinki, Lhasa, to the Ministry of Finance, Peking, reading "Ministry of Fiance, please approve the three expense vouchers as submitted on 18 Jan." After the Chinese Amban Lianyu and soldiers were expelled from Lhasa as Tibet declared independence, Lu Hingki was appointed to be the Amban.

1915.4.16 由駐藏大臣陸興祺致財政部電報，內容為要求審批開 支清單。在西藏片面聲稱獨立後，駐藏大臣聯豫被驅逐。商人陸 興祺被任命為駐藏辦事長官。
