1897 cover from Tatsa Rimpoche, Tibetan Regent to Sir Ran-uddip Singh Rana, Prime Minister of Nepal, applied with the Great Silver Seal of the Tibetan Regent (Dawson no. 20) and the small red seal of the Regent (Dawson no. 21). With English translation. Given by Emperor Qianlong to the first of the elected Tibetan Regents Demo Rimpoche Trulku Ngawang Jampel Delek of Tenggyeling who was Regent from 1757-1777 on the death of the VII Dalai Lama. A rarity.

1897年一件由西藏攝政Tatsa Rimpoche寄廓爾喀首相Sir Ran-uddip Singh Rana之信件，鈐西藏攝政大銀印（Dawson No. 20）及紅色小圓章（Dawson no. 21）。附有英文翻譯內容。西藏攝政大銀印由乾隆贈予第一位西藏攝政德木·阿旺絳白德勒嘉措。難得珍罕。
