Scarf letter from Dalai Lama to the Lama of the Lauka Area, applied with Dalai Lama official seal (Dawson no. 4) and small red circular seal similar to Dawson No. 7. The content was about the death of a Lama with advise on reincarnation.

一件由達賴喇嘛寄地區喇嘛之哈達信，分別鈐達賴喇嘛方形紅戳（Dawson no. 4）及類似Dawson no. 7之紅色小圓戳。內容與一名喇嘛離世有關。
