1901 Mengtsz (30 May) to France, applied with Mengtsz bisected bilingual origin cds. In combination with Navi- gation and Commerce issue 15c, tied by Laokay (1 Jun) cds. Transit Hanoi (8 Jun). Arrived France (21 Jun). Since Chinese PO in Yunnan was only for Customs internal use until 12 Oct 1901, no Chinese franking was required. It is one of the four as well as the earliest example of Mengtsz bisected bilingual cds.
