1900 Szemao (24 May) to France, applied with Szemao bisected bilingual cds. Transit Mengtsz (4 Jun). In com- bination with Navigation and Commerce issue 15c, tied by Laokay (11 Jun) cds. Transit Hanoi (19 Jun), Sasigon (25 Jun). Arrived France (31 Jul). The Chinese Post Office in Yunan was only for customs internal use until 1901. It is a rather early example of Szemao bisected bilingual cds.

1900.5.24 思茅寄法國，鈐思茅半切漢英始發日戳。6.4經蒙自。加貼航海及商貿神像15生丁，銷老街6.11日戳。6.19經河內，6.25經西貢。7.31抵法國。海關時期之雲南中國郵局僅供海關職員使用，直至1901年才收寄公眾郵件。此為思茅半切漢英日戳之較早例子。
