"Limited For Use in Sinkiang" on Peking print Martyrs 3c (Chan PS131), tied by Sinkiang Horgos cds, along with another of cds in violet as censor mark. Arrived Chungking (30 Sep). Exceptional commerial usage of Shanghai ovpt. key value stamp, not to mention commerical usage of SYS card in Sinkiang
